How do you read this?

It seems Chad has translated it for you, Jamie, but the Belilin is a force of black magic that wants only to do evil among the people. The poem mentions tht materialism has no power over me or close to me (Chad's correct translation - ie "sur" is never as on top, but near or close or next to). It sounds like an incantation, Jamie. Are you looking for a phonetic pronunciation of this bit of poetry? If so, let me know. I can help a little but a friend of mine studies French and may be better at how you say each word. Good luck to you.
