My friend who is a clean freak uses it on everything from countertops to floors to windows and mirrors. I figure if she uses it, it must work well. Can I use it in the bathroom? Do I have to dilute it (and if so by how much?) Will it really give me a "streak free clean" on windows etc.? Any other environmentally friendly cleaning tips would be appreciated.

I am an LPN who recently got laughed at at my previous job at a clinic because I had been throwing away the sterile water after a procedure, which is what I have always done & what everyone else had done at my previous job in a hospital. I said if we are going to keep the water for later use we at least need to date the time the bottle was opened. I was taught in school that bacteria grows on open containers even after they are shut and this would no longer be considered sterile. I am just looking out for my pt's and the company. I am no longer at this place of work-but want to know the right answer when it comes to sterile procedure. Is it different in the hospital than in a clinic? And why? Sterile is sterile and an infection is an infection. I just want my patients to be healthy.

Question about safe water temperature?

Today I was fishing in the Boise river, I enter the water about up to my knees so I could cast a bit further into the river. The newspaper said the water temperature was about 58 degrees. I stood in the chilly water for about 10 minutes then it felt like the water suddenly got warm. Not paying any attention to it I continued to fish, after about an hour I got out of the water. Once on dry land i almost collapsed because my legs were completely numb, after taking several steps my Achilles Tendons on both legs cramped up really bad. Just wondering what causes this (besides the cold.... obviously) and is it safe to do this, I just dont wanna have to get anything amputated and I am planning on going first thing tomorrow morning, again. You need to wake up. You were there to serve her needs. Yours do not matter to her in any way shape or form. She will use you whenever you let her if she wants to but you will never get anything in return. She is not sitting around thinking about you, she is living her life. She is very self centered and you need to realize she is not so great. Who needs that? Move on and forget her. You sound like a decent guy and you deserve someone who fills your needs.

Seeking motivation! Where is it?

I realize after about 30 minutes to an hour and a half that either my motivation or my attention wonders and cannot "put up" with all the words audio or literature. What are some techniques? If I am in control, I usually just pause and exercise. What if that option is not available? I find it almost impossible to sit for 3 hours and listen or read without a break. There has to be little things you can do to re-spark your interests. I guess keep the end in mind by reminding yourself that this is important. The importance sometimes gets pushed aside and I want to just zone out and "recap" on what has been said and take little timeouts to reconstruct the words in my own way. The real world doesn't let you take little breaks does it? What are some pointers?
