23 weeks and getting pressure down below?

am 23weeks with my 3rd baby and today from ive woke up ive had pressure down below and pain near my bum and women its been feeling it loads when i walk as if i need to push am not getting pain in my belly or anything like that its just my women and my bum my baby is breech well it lies funny all the time could it be the way my baby is lying or should i get checked over
