With the political agenda of global warming exposed, does Algore's book/movie belong in the fiction section?

The hacked East Anglia CRU email files clearly indicate duplicity and cover-up. The CRU is not denying the authenticity of the emails. The list of conspirators is huge and the strategy of using bad science around global climate to implement one-world fascism is clear. Does this make Algore out to be a liar or a gullible buffoon?
