Do i have a yeast infection or a bacterial infection?

My bf fingerd me on saturday for the 3rd time. Nothing happend the 1st time and the second time cut me somehow right beside my . The third time he was a little more rough than usual. On sunday when i woke up i was in soo much pain. if i pressed down anyware down there it felt like a bruise. it was bright red and white bumps like pimples i think from shaving. it was also very itchy. i have been having yellowish/brownish discharge. today is monday and i didnt go to school because it was so uncomfortable. its not as red but its still very itchy,swollen, and the bumps are turning red and more hard. i told my mom i think its from shaving i cant tell her the real reason! i cant tell if its a yest or bacterial infection? ive been puttin corizone on it. plz help i realy dont no wat to do its not going away!???
