I'm eating right and exercising so why do I feel so bad?

About 2 months ago I started eating very healthy (organic produce, whole grains etc.). About two weeks later I started an exercise program and have slowly progressed to being able to do a pretty decent workout. I workout 4 days a week for around an hour to an hour and a half. I make sure that I have enough calories and that I get the correct servings of everything from the food groups and I get enough protein. I am also taking a good women's multi vitamin everyday. I have even lost 25 lbs (Yea me!!). My problem is I feel horrible. I am tired all the time and am constantly having cold-like symptoms like headaches and congestion. I should feel better than I ever have. My starting weight was 216 lbs and the foods I was eating are so bad I don't even want to talk about it! I had bloodwork done in December to check blood sugar, thyroid and iron levels and they were all fine. I've also had allergy testing and nothing showed up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
