International work gap year programs?

Im soon graduating high school and want to take a gap year, but still do something with my time off. Anyone know of any international programs where I could work, learn, volunteer or something? Also, preferably with provided accomadation and food. For instance, something similar to the disney college program, but a little more worldly. Im most interested in something in Australia because it has been my favorite country to travel to, but really, anywhere would do. Thanks so much!
