Upgrading my graphics card?

I have a Dell Inspiron 545 MT desktop that I got last Christmas. I was thinking about beefing up the graphics card because the current one just sucks. I know I will have to upgrade the power supply, and I was going to go with the MSI Nvidia GTX 460 cyclone model, but I am unsure whether it will fit my case. Judging by eye it looks like it will be a tight fit. Anyone know if this sucker will fit my case?
