oke if i still know good u need to get a paper from ur country that u are not married or u divorce that is prove that u can get married ,but if u can go back than go to the us emby in croatia and get the paper what is prove u are not married and if they give that paper u can get maried over there in croatia if u want get married in the states than u have to get a fiance visa to her wich is really hard to get it.is the best way to get married in croatia and start doing the paper work ,they ask u for your tax paper for the last 5 year and where did u work now,she need the birth-marriage certificate translate to english and some application what u can print out form the internet ,and then she have to go to the doctor the us emby would give u doctors name who she can go get like 5 injection HIV test and X ray and a lot of stuff with the visa and everything it would cost u but maybe 1000$ or more
