Im 14 and i need help with my workout routine?
first off plz dont tell me im to young to workout. thx. ok so ive been researching and ive found out that squats, deadlifts, benchpress, overhead press, chinups/rows, and tricep dips are some of the best workouts for puttin on muscle m and the best overall. here are my problems, first of all, i plan to go heavy weight low rep for putting on size but i dont know how long to rest after each set before i start another. secondly, i dont know how many chinups and tricep dips i should do becuz there is no weight so i dont really know how i can do the heavy weight low rep thing.( putting extra weight seems dangerous to me ) Finally, my main problem is, squats and deadlifts seem very dangerous for me considering im still young, but ill be missing out on alot if i dont do em. my stepdad says im probably too young too. how can i make sure i dont hurt myself? id like answers to all of my problems please. thx alot for your help
