WHERE CAN I BUY POLICE LIGHTS?????

to be more specific i would like to know where can i buy police lights( dash, strobe, bars, etc...) for a cheap price, i visited many websites but they are all too expensive. I am specifically looking for a red/blue light that usually has suction cups and is mounted somewhere near the rearview mirror and also can be plugged into the cars' cigarette outlet.
