In Christianity, will people go to hell when they're not even Christian?

What I mean are the people that were born of another religion that don't believe in God and all, like Shintoism or people that were born with no religion at all, such as in indigenous tribes. They don't believe in God but it's not their fault because they were never introduced to the religion. Will they go to hell? Will they have a place on heaven?
