I let my self have a bite of what i want and that is it. It usually satisfies my cravings. Also, I keep myself motivated by looking up the heights and weights of famous people so I can remind myself that I can look like them If i just keep going. Also it takes 21 days to break a habit so i figure it must take 21 days to start a new one. With that said, get to day 21 of dieting and it should become easier from there.
