Should I trade Roddy White for Sydney Rice?

I was offered Sydney Rice for Roddy White. Roddy White hasnt been doing much so I was considering this. If not this, I could counter it and trade Brandon Marshall for Rice. or No trade at all and keep both. I would like your opinion. Thanks!
