Problems with wife. HELP?!?!?!?

I have a disability, yet I find myself having to cope with doing most of the househols chores such as washing, cooking, taking care of pets and children etc. I am also the main money provider for the house although i amconfined to a wheelchair. My wife however does nothing except sit around watching television, asking me to mage her feet and quarrel and curse for unessessay things. What should I do?
